The Xomexy CRM Unlimited Plan is billed at $75 USD per month. A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.

You agree not to use Xomexy CRM to send unsolicited spam, violate any applicable law, or infringe on the rights of any third party. Xomexy reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
⚠️ Misuse of the email automation or lead scraping features to send spam or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) will result in immediate account termination.
All software, design, and content within Xomexy CRM — including the OpenClaw AI system — are the intellectual property of Xomexy CRM. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within Xomexy CRM. We do not claim rights to your contacts, leads, or business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Xomexy CRM is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
