How do I send a PDF report by email?

You can ask OpenClaw directly: "Send the report to me@email.com" and it will generate and email a full PDF performance report instantly. You can also click the Download PDF Report button on the dashboard to save it locally.

How do I filter contacts by status?

On the Dashboard, click the filter icon next to the search bar. A dropdown will appear with all status options — New, Active, Pending, Appointment, Closed, Lost, No Contact. You can select multiple statuses at once to view exactly the contacts you need.

How do I add an SMTP email account?

Navigate to Email Hub in the sidebar and click + Add Email Account. Enter your SMTP host, port, username, password and encryption type. Once saved, Xomexy will use that account to send emails and PDF reports on your behalf.

What contact statuses are available?

Xomexy supports 8 contact statuses: New (fresh inbound), Active (engaged), Pending (waiting on response), Appointment (scheduled), Closed (won), Lost (did not convert), No Contact (unreachable), and Leads (unqualified prospects).

Can OpenClaw edit contact information?

Yes. Tell OpenClaw: "Change John's status to Active" or "Update Maria's notes" and it will find the contact in your dashboard and make the change instantly — no clicking required.

How do I use the Power Dialer?

Go to Power Dialer in the sidebar and select a queue — Scheduled Calls, New Leads, Scraped Leads, or CSV Imports. The dialer will walk you through each contact one by one. After each call you can log notes, update the status, and move to the next contact without losing momentum.

How do I cancel my subscription?
